Privacy policy

Account data: your email address, billing details processed by Stripe, and your plan. Connection data: the credentials or tokens required to reach each trading account you connect. Operational data: the orders Edgeable places on your behalf, the position comparisons it performs, and the corrections it makes. Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and error logs.

To operate the service you asked for, to bill you, to investigate faults, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Connection credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit and are used only to reach the account they belong to. On the Local Desktop plan, credentials stay on your own machine and are never transmitted to us. Credentials are never shared between accounts or between users.

We use third parties to run the service, including Stripe for card payments and infrastructure providers for hosting. Each processes data only on our instruction. Crypto payments are processed through the relevant network and the payment processor we use for it.

Operational logs are retained for as long as needed to run and audit the service. Account and billing records are retained for the period required by law. Closing your account removes your connections immediately and your personal data after the retention period.

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. Write to support@edgeable.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

We use the minimum cookies needed to keep you signed in and to understand aggregate site usage. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to the product.
